You have... (required skills)
Proficient English
2+ years of experience as a tech lead, such as:
Managing/mentoring a team of 1+ other engineers
Being responsible for technical architecture and code review
Excellent Ruby and JavaScript fundamentals
Solid experience with Ruby on Rails and React
Able to overlap with us from 9 AM - 3 PM EST
